There
are two organizations in Floral Lakes.
THE
FLORAL LAKES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is run by a Board of nine (9)
Directors. The park is divided into five (5) districts with one director to
represent each district and there are four (4) additional directors who run
"at large". The district representatives are in office for one (1)
year and the "at large" directors serve for two (2) years. Elections
are held annually in February and each household has one (1) vote. The newly
elected directors choose their own officers: President, Vice-President,
Secretary and Treasurer. Each of the other directors chooses an area of concern
such as; pool, clubhouse, roads, common grounds, etc. and selects residents to
be on his committee.

Association is responsible for the printing of the "FLYER" a monthly
publication delivered to each household. It contains a calendar of events and
news of Floral Lakes.
