homes built around five lakes, is located in Bartow, Florida. Residents
own their land as well as their manufactured homes, which range in
price from $75,000 to $125,000. Floral Lakes is homeowner
managed. There is limited access by residents
and their guests. Association fees are below $100 a month
and can only be raised with homeowners' approval. Located in the most
